🔸Chronic stress.
If this is the cause, your erection problem is intermittent. For example, in the morning and alone there is no problem, but with a partner you can no longer tune in.
🔸The mechanism of action.
The brain is busy fighting the stressful situation – the “secondary” processes for survival are shut down. Failure breeds fear of repetition. Fear multiplies stress – a vicious cycle.
       What to do?
1. Calm down, be less stressed, sleep more and think if you have so much stress in your life – shouldn’t you change something?
2. “Load” the “if something has gone wrong, what am I doing” action program in your brain. The situations lived out in your head are no longer stressful for your brain, but a “plan B” that is not fatal.
