The driver, identified as Adams Fuseini Barro, was driving a Mitsubishi Pajero vehicle with registration number GT 7116-P. His actions resulted in grave consequences for the officer and innocent bystanders.

– The incident took place as Barro was driving from Adansi Asokwa to New Edubiase.
– As he arrived at the Adansi Akwanserem police barrier, he ignored signals from the police to stop, displaying a blatant disregard for authority and safety.

– In a desperate attempt to evade the police, Barro’s vehicle struck and injured General Constable Theophilus Amissah Arthur, who was dutifully carrying out his responsibilities.
