A young man by the name Papa Arhin, popularly called AMDG has shared his personal experience with a beautiful young lady that he had a crush on and intended to follow up on her and make her his future wife.

Unfortunately, the young man has lost this beautiful girl to drugs. Papa Arhin has therefore added his voice to the several voices canvassing for a brutal clamp down on narcotics in the Asankrangwa township of the Amenfi West municipality.

The rate at which the narcotics menace is ravaging the youth of Asankrangwa is rapid and excruciating.

There is a young lady in Asankrangwa who has been my crush whiles I was in Secondary school and even in my University days. Circumstances beyond my capabilities prevented me from professing my affection for hair. In fact, her beauty was so dazzling that I was shy to approach her.

About two years ago, I was paying my usual weekend visits to my patrilineal family at the place around the Asankrangwa evening market. I came vis a vis my teenage dazzling beauty and what I saw was nothing to write home about. At a distance, I observed her talking to another lady amidst scratching her arms. She seems to be in a hurry to somewhere and wouldn’t even hesitate to listen to whatever her colleague had for her.

After having had a fair view of this heartbreaking scene, I approached the lady with whom my crush was talking and it was then the harrowing revelation of how my crush has succumbed to narcotics was made manifest to me.

In fact, my crush whose beauty was stunning and displayed an exquisite anatomical expression is now nothing less than beauty.

But for the fact that my heart once beat for her, I would have given a vivid description of how her once strikingly beautiful human anatomy has depreciated to almost infinitesimal.

One wouldn’t be surcharged for claiming her beauty is now extinct.

Worse than having an extinct beauty, reports indicate that she has permanently abandoned her decent home and now stays in a ghetto together with other males who are also under the dangerous spell of narcotics.

The time is now or never to mount a spirited campaign against narcotics else we stand the risk of losing several other ladies as my teenage crush.
