In Sunyani, an individual who impersonated an executioner has been apprehended by the executioners and subsequently turned over to the Sunyani District Police command.
During a routine patrol conducted by the executioners in Sunyani, they came across a man named Owura who was posing as one of their own. It was discovered that Owura had been engaging in criminal activities, such as bag-snatching and goat theft, while dressed as an executioner.
The traditional council and the executioners are deeply concerned about the implications of such deceitful behaviour, as it could lead to people being deceived and defrauded by individuals impersonating authority figures.
The case has now been transferred to the Sunyani District Police Command for further investigation and legal proceedings.
