IS THE PRESIDENT STUPID? (PART 1)

 

This is a write-up that gives answers to what every citizen in every country seems to ask when a president takes the reigns of the country and begins to act in opposition to his manifestos and campaign promises. Sometimes onlookers observe some actions of a ruling political party and ask, “can’t the president do this and that to achieve a desired result.” Some decisions of the ruling political party led by the president look so stupid when compared to common academic theories to the extent that we ask ourselves, “Is the president that stupid that he cannot do this or that easily”. This paper will reveal answers to the commonest questions that we ask when a president seems unable to do something easily in the eyes of citizens. If one desires power then that person needs a group that can enable the power seeker to gain power. Power and authority move together and both of them follow a chain/hierarchy in ascending order. This order makes the next person below the chain of authority act according to instructions whether it favours him/her values or not. So, who is at the top of the chain of authority? At the end of this paper, you would be the one to answer whether the president is stupid or not.

Ex-president John Mahama in October 2021 in criticizing president Nana Addo’s government said: “I told them you have not been President before so you think it is an easy job. I told them and they didn’t understand me but today, with their own two eyes, they have seen what I was talking about.”

Woodrow Wilson, 28th President of the United States (1856-1924) once said, “Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organised, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.”
“So, you see, my dear Coningsby, that the world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes.” (Benjamin Disraeli, British Prime Minister, 1804-1881).

Who are those powers behind the scenes that control presidents and big men to act against their objectives? The wealthiest families on planet earth call the shots in every major disorder that they cause. Their sphere of activity extends over the entire globe, and even beyond, their ambition and greed for wealth and power know no bounds, and for them, most of mankind is garbage – “human garbage.” The goal of this handful of men, the members of the wealthiest families on the planet, the Elite, is a New World Order, a One World Government, under their control. So now we know where the ultimate control of presidents and big men comes from.

How do they control these big men and presidents? Readers might be asking who am I to know what is really happening outside my town not to talk of something secretive happening behind the scenes.
Consider the 1961 statement of US President John F. Kennedy (JFK) before media personnel: “The word secrecy is repugnant in a free and open society, and we are as a people, inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, secret oaths and secret proceedings. For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy, that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence. It depends on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific, and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published, its mistakes are buried, not headlined, and its dissenters are silenced, not praised, no expenditure is questioned, no secret revealed… I am asking your help in the tremendous task of informing and alerting the American people.”

Let us consider this scenario: A presidential candidate who has a chance of winning a presidential election but is cash-strapped would be secretly financed by agents of these powerful men to campaign to enhance his chances of winning the election. This presidential candidate truthfully makes campaign promises to electorates to vote for him.

After winning the elections, the now president has an obligation towards his financiers and supporters. The president would as a way of returning the favour, appoint these people into various positions whereby they can refill wherever the money came out of. The next step is to fulfill the campaign promises he made as a presidential candidate. Without peace and security, and good economic foundations, it becomes difficult to execute these promises. Let’s assume all these factors are available, then it becomes easier to execute the promises. If the promises threaten the objectives of the One Government plan of the Elite, this is when they interfere especially if that country is influential.

Through secret agents, these secret powers use four methods to accomplish their mission: (a) persuasion to change the promises by corrupting the president with money among other enticing promises, if that fails, (b) corruption of influential people in government to force the president to change his promises, (c) creation of chaos, poverty or insecurity in the country to delay/halt the president’s promises, if that fails, (d) assassination of that president and replaced by someone who can easily be controlled. If that country has peace and security but lacks financial power to execute the promises, there is the need to borrow money from IMF or another wealthy country and you already know that there are strings attached to such financial grants. The IMF is controlled by these powers and they would grant the loan to the country according to their conditions.

Ghana is facing a dilemma to abolish the anti-LGBTQ+ Bill to gain access to the impending IMF loan. Recently, US Vice President Kamala Harris arrived in Ghana with the mission to strengthen the United States of America’s economic ties with Ghana. This is a deception. While Harris did not directly address the bill, she said “I feel very strongly about the importance of supporting the freedom and supporting the fighting for equality among all people, and that all people be treated equally. I will also say that this is an issue that we (who are we?) consider, and I consider to be a human rights issue, and that will not change.” Right after that she continued that, the US will provide $100 million to support stabilization (using enticing promises to corrupt) to Ghana, Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea and Togo. Through Kamala, these powers have employed options (a) and (b) modus operandi to change the course of action that parliament has embarked on to criminalise LGBTQ+ activities in the country. If these two methods fail, I am not a prophet, but options (c) and (d) are bound to follow.

This brings to an end of part 1 of this paper. In the part 2, the writer will bring to light specific events in history which necessitated options (c) and (d). The paper shall also bring to bare current events that are within the stages of options (a) and (b) which are likely to escalate.
