Ghana: Anti-Gay Bill Proponents Rally for Immediate Action, Emphasize Faith and Family Values

 

Proponents of the controversial Anti-Gay Bill embarked on demonstration on the morning of Tuesday, 8th October, 2024 calling for swift action and legislation against LGBTQ+ individuals. Participants in the rally, who held placards bearing inscriptions like “No more excuses, Time to act,” “Having same gender attraction is not in your DNA,” and “Faith and family are protected by law, No LGBTQ+,” expressed their strong opposition to LGBTQ+ rights and their belief in the need for a legal framework to enforce these views.
