The 2024 Parliamentary Candidate for the National Democratic Congress, NDC, Hon Joana Gyan Cudjoe has climaxed her thank-you tour with a thanksgiving Service at the Assemblies of God church in Agona Amenfi.
The tour which commenced on July 27 till August 6, was organized in appreciation for her Victory in the Parliamentary primaries and also reorganizing the party in the constituency for victory in the 2024 election. The “mpuntuo hemaa”, affectionately called by her Constituents visited all the Electoral Areas within the Constituency to thank them and assured them of her commitment to serving as well as providing good representation in the legislative house.
She reiterated voting for her is voting for development, advocacy and lobbying to give the Constituents their share of the National Cake. She also admonished party foot soldiers to rally behind the party to bring victory to the NDC in both the Presidential election as well as the Parliamentary election next year.
The indefatigable candidate since emerging victorious in the primaries has never relaxed but rather organised the grassroots together with her Constituency Executives of the party towards victory.
Hon Joana Gyan Cudjoe has used the medium to also project John Dramani Mahama’s infrastructural development and good governance and called for unity and selflessness to rescue this nation from the current government since the Nana Addo’s administration has killed all hopes of the youth through mismanagement and corruption. The World Bank has disclosed that over 800,000 Ghanaians are poor and can’t afford three daily meals as a result of food inflation and poor handling of the economy.
“The NDC led by John Dramani Mahama is the only hope for the youth who live in despair”, she said. Before the Thanksgiving Service, a birthday party dubbed ” All White party was organized on Saturday, August 5, to refresh and familiarize with party gurus in the constituency and neighbouring Constituencies at Manso Amenfi. Party supporters also promised to work assiduously to ensure NDC increase its vote in the general election.
