The organisers say the programme is open to contestants from Aboi, Asanco, and their surrounding towns and will be staged across two audition days before a final selection and promotional activities. Auditions will take place on Saturday, 18 October 2025, at Trinity Haven View (for Aboi and surrounding towns) and on Sunday, 19 October 2025 at Melody Hotel (for Asanco and surrounding towns). Activities on both days begin at 12:30 PM.

The organisers have promised a range of attractive prizes and opportunities for the winner, including an all‑expense trip, a cash prize, ambassadorial deals, project support, a modelling contract, and sponsored souvenirs. Beyond material prizes, finalists and winners will receive visibility, mentorship, and networking opportunities designed to help them pursue education, community projects, or careers in modelling and public service.

Each audition day will feature presentations, a short interview, and talent demonstrations. Successful contestants will be selected to represent their zones in follow‑up events and community engagements. The facilitator teams from Quineva Foundation and Emyxcel will provide guidance to shortlisted participants on public speaking, stage presentation, and community project planning. The organisers emphasise that the competition seeks not only physical beauty but leadership, community spirit, and clear development ideas that benefit Wassa Amenfi West.
