Frank Essah Lincoln who declared his interest in contesting for the NPP parliamentary candidate has stepped aside and thrown his support for Hon Ignatius Afrifa. The NPP Youth Organizer who was supposed to file his nomination on 10th August has finally rescinded his decision and pledged his support and endorsement for Hon Ignatius Afrifa’s campaign.
He believes that Hon Afrifa’s policies and ideas align more closely with his own and that they have a better chance of winning the primaries and advancing the shared goals and values they have. The organizer also cites the need for unity within the party and acknowledges that by stepping aside and supporting the other candidate, they can present a stronger, more cohesive front against their opponents in the general election.
The New Patriotic Party in Amenfi West Municipality has finally achieved unity. Lincoln resonated with Pratheek Praveen Kumar’s belief about the importance of genuine unity, free from deceit and manipulation. It is upon this foundation of unity that the NPP Constituency Organizer has chosen to promote peace within their party.
Yesterday marked a milestone for the New Patriotic Party – Amenfi West, as both candidates have reached a consensus to support Hon. Ignatius Afrifa as the parliamentary candidate. According to Lincoln, this decision was made solely in the best interest of the party, without any influence from the party’s leadership. He concluded by saying that “Together, we will work towards achieving victory by January 1st, 2025”
