28-year-old woman, Maame dies after accompanying her fiance, a police officer

Tragedy struck when a 28-year-old woman named Maame accompanied her fiancé, who is a police officer, and unfortunately lost her life.

The grieving family is accusing the Police Department of being responsible for their daughter’s death.

The young woman’s lifeless body was found in a pool of blood on the Sefwi Dwenase to Npomam main street in the Sefwi Wiawso Municipality.

Nana Kyeame Bafeli, the uncle of the deceased, revealed in an interview with Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm that Maame left home with her fiancé but was later discovered in a pool of blood.

According to the uncle, Maame’s last words as she was found were ‘This is the end of my life’ in the Twi language.

Upon discovery, it was evident that the young woman had severe injuries, including her intestines gushing out. She was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.

Despite efforts to save her, Maame could not survive the incident, leaving the family devastated.

The family initially received information that the young woman had been involved in an accident.

Additionally, the local traditional rulers have placed curses upon those responsible for the incident and called upon the gods to take action.
